Dogsledding

Marion driving the dogs on Eagle Lake

MUSHING 101

Learn about the Huskies and spend a day riding the dogsled this winter.

Our dogs are exposed to children and adults from the time they are just days old.  We work very hard to provide a safe environment for people of all ages to learn about our dogs as well as ride and even drive the dogsled.

I am trying to find out if you times where families can come and stay at your cabins and do dog sledding?

  2. As soon as there is enough snow on the trail a family can rent a cabin and book a dogsledding day/weekend/week. The best way to do that is to call Marion at the Lodge (1-207-444-4557) We also offer a children’s overnight camp during the February school break that features dogsledding as a main component.
